  • Where is my order?

    Orders placed before 3pm on a working day leave the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Your tracking number is in the dispatch email, and signed-in customers can see order status in their account.

    Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a free replacement at our cost, with no return needed.

  • Need a batch certificate?

    Every batch has its own lab certificate showing HPLC purity. Match the batch number on your vial to the report on the product page.
