About This Agreement
UK Peptide Lab is a trading name of Oraxis Research Ltd (Company No. 17157816), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. All contracts for the sale of products on this website are between the customer and Oraxis Research Ltd.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the UK Peptide Lab website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions with Oraxis Research Ltd. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Products
All products sold by UK Peptide Lab are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. By purchasing, you confirm that products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes.
Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our UK facility via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 working day, guaranteed by 1pm). International delivery times vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and cold-chain supply, we do not accept returns. If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, we will dispatch a free replacement at our cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence where applicable. Refunds are issued by Oraxis Research Ltd at our discretion, typically only where a replacement cannot be supplied. Limitation of Liability
Oraxis Research Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from this website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
