Returns Policy

No Returns on Research Peptides

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the requirements of our cold-chain supply, we do not accept returns. Once a vial has left our temperature-controlled facility, its chain of custody cannot be guaranteed, so it cannot be resold or restocked.

Free Replacement Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is confirmed lost in transit by Royal Mail, we will dispatch a free replacement at our cost: no return shipment required. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery, for lost parcels) with your order number and photographic evidence where applicable.

How to Request a Replacement

Email our customer care team with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue (damaged vial, wrong product, missing item, non-delivery)
  • Photographs of the packaging and product where applicable

We aim to respond within one working day. Approved replacements are dispatched same-day via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once an order has been packed and handed to Royal Mail, it can no longer be cancelled, but the free replacement guarantee above still applies to anything that arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by Oraxis Research Ltd at our discretion, typically only where a replacement cannot be supplied (e.g. product permanently out of stock). Refunds are returned via the original payment method within 5-10 working days of approval.
