Yes. UK Peptide Lab is a registered UK-based business. All products are dispatched from our UK facility with full batch documentation available.

Yes. We provide reconstitution guidance for each product on the product page, and our free Peptide Reconstitution Calculator is available in the nav. We recommend using bacteriostatic water for reconstitution.

All peptides are research-grade purity, verified by HPLC analysis. Every batch is third-party tested and the lab certificate is published on each product page.

Who tests the peptides?

Every batch is tested by a third-party laboratory (Chromate Analytics, Janoshik Analytical, or Krause Analytical LLC depending on the product) before it reaches us. We publish the certificate for each batch on the relevant product page and verify batch numbers against certificates on receipt of stock.

All products are sourced from verified research-grade suppliers with established quality control processes. Batch documentation covering purity, appearance, and molecular specification is available on request.

How are orders shipped?

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 in plain packaging for privacy. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been posted.

Do you ship outside the UK?

No, UK Peptide Lab ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer shipping to Europe or anywhere outside the UK.

What form are the compounds supplied in?

All peptides are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed glass vials. Each vial is labelled with the compound name, mass, batch number, and storage guidance, and ships in tamper-evident packaging.

How should I store your products?

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, peptides should be stored at -20°C in a dry environment, protected from light. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2-8°C and used within a reasonable timeframe as indicated in the product documentation.

Do I get a certificate with my order?

Certificates are published on each product page rather than shipped physically. You can view the lab certificate for your batch at any time on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Open Banking via Fena Pay (instant, FCA-regulated) and UK direct bank transfer to our Monzo Business account. We do not accept card networks. All transactions are processed securely and we never see or store your bank details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be modified or cancelled while they are still in the pending stage, before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been packed and dispatched it can no longer be changed.

What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns on research peptides due to cold-chain supply requirements. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours and we'll dispatch a free replacement at our cost: no return shipment required. See our full returns policy at /returns.
