Orders placed and paid before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day.

Bank transfer orders are dispatched as soon as the payment reaches us.

Delivery is £4.50 by Royal Mail Tracked 24, and free on orders of £69 or more. Your basket shows how much more you need to add for free delivery.

Most orders arrive the next working day after dispatch. Every order goes by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims for next-day delivery. That is Royal Mail's target rather than a guarantee, so allow a little longer at busy times.

Your tracking number is in the dispatch email we send when your parcel is handed to Royal Mail. If you ordered with an account, you can also see the order status in your account.

Orders ship in plain outer packaging. Every vial is sealed and labelled with the compound, amount and batch number.

No. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Independent laboratories, never us. Our certificates come from Janoshik Analytical and Marfleet Analytical Services, and every certificate names the lab that ran the test.

On the product page, alongside the batch number. The QR code on the vial label opens the certificate for that exact batch, so you can match it to the vial in your hand.

We don't post paper copies. The published certificate is the record.

Yes. Janoshik certificates link to the test on Janoshik's own website, so you can confirm the result with the lab directly rather than taking our word for it.

The exact figure is on each batch's certificate. Purity is measured by HPLC for every tested batch, and we publish the measured number rather than a rounded headline, so check the certificate for the batch you are buying. See how we test for more detail.

That is normal. A freeze-dried peptide is only a few milligrams of powder, so it can look like a thin film or a small pellet at the bottom of the glass.

If a vial is cracked or the seal is broken, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.

Yes. Card details are entered into our payment provider's encrypted form and protected by 3D Secure, and Open Banking payments are approved inside your own banking app. We never see or store your card number or bank login.

Yes. Discounts apply automatically in your basket, with no code needed:

• 5% off every vial once your basket holds 3 or more vials, any mix of products
• 8% off every vial once your basket holds 5 or more vials, any mix of products
• 12% off every vial once your basket holds 10 or more vials, any mix of products

Bacteriostatic water is not included in bulk discounts.

Yes. The minimum order is £15, not including delivery.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your order status and reorder in a couple of clicks.

Choose Bank Transfer at checkout and we show our account details with your order reference. Pay from your banking app quoting that reference. Transfers usually arrive within one working day, and we dispatch as soon as the money lands.

Please don't pay again. Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, email help@ukpeptidelab.co.uk with your name and roughly when you paid, and we will match the payment to your order.

Yes, free of charge, up until it is dispatched. Email us with your order number as soon as you can. Once the parcel is with Royal Mail it can no longer be changed.

Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If the parcel hasn't moved or is late, email us with your order number within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. If Royal Mail confirms it lost, we send a free replacement.

Check with neighbours and any safe place first, as Royal Mail sometimes leaves parcels there. If it still hasn't turned up, email us within 48 hours with your order number and we will take it up with Royal Mail for you.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and the vials. We send a free replacement at our cost, and you don't need to send anything back.

We can't accept returns of research peptides. Once a vial has left us we can't verify how it has been stored, so it can't be resold. Anything that arrives damaged, wrong or lost is covered by our free replacement guarantee. Full details are in our returns policy.

Where we can't send a replacement, yes, for example when a product is permanently out of stock. Refunds are at our discretion and go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of approval.

As lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed glass vials. Each vial is labelled with the compound name, amount, batch number and storage guidance. The exceptions are Bacteriostatic Water and L-Carnitine, which are supplied as ready-to-use liquids in 10ml vials and need no reconstitution.

Unless the product page says otherwise, keep sealed vials at -20°C, dry and away from light. Once reconstituted, keep them at 2-8°C and follow the timeframe in the product documentation.

No, it is sold separately. You can add bacteriostatic water 10ml to your basket from the shop.

No. Our products are sold for laboratory research only, and we don't give dosing, usage or medical advice. Our support team can help with orders, delivery and batch documentation.

Yes. UK Peptide Lab is registered in England and Wales, company number 17157816. Full company details are on our About page. Orders are dispatched from within the UK.

Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. It handles official post only, so please don't send parcels there.
