Every vial, third-party verified.
Independent HPLC-UV/MS testing to ≥98% purity, a Certificate of Analysis for every batch, and cold-chain storage dispatched from the UK. Here is exactly how we prove it.

What "third-party tested" actually means here
Every batch we receive is sampled and sent to an independent laboratory, not tested in-house where the result would be marking our own homework. The lab runs high-performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry (HPLC-UV/MS) to confirm identity and measure chromatographic purity, alongside a potency assay reported as a percentage of label claim.
The resulting Certificate of Analysis is published on the product page for that batch. The QR code printed on each vial links straight to the CoA for the exact batch in your hand, so verification takes seconds and needs no trust in our word.
Purity
HPLC-UV/MS confirms the peptide is ≥98% of the material to 0.5% LOQ, not fillers or fragments.
Identity
Mass spectral comparison against authenticated reference standards confirms the exact compound.
Traceability
Each vial's QR code resolves to the Certificate of Analysis for its specific batch.
Potency
Total peptide mass is quantified and reported as a percentage of label claim. Endotoxin (LAL, USP 85) where available.
Third-party testing laboratories
Independent analysis
Never in-house
Purity is measured by RP-HPLC with UV detection at a third-party contract laboratory, not by us. We do not run our own assays or issue our own numbers, so the figure printed on a certificate is one we received rather than one we produced.
Batch-specific certification
One certificate per lot
Testing is always performed by an independent third-party laboratory, never in-house. Each lot carries its own certificate rather than a single recycled document, and the certificate for the exact batch shipped is published on its product page and reachable from the QR code on the vial.
The anatomy of a UK Peptide Lab vial
Presentation is not the product, but it is a signal. Six details on every vial exist to protect what is inside and to let you verify it.
Colour-coded flip-off cap
Tamper-evident seal, with a single cap colour per compound for fast, error-free identification.
Aluminium crimp seal
Crimped over a self-healing rubber stopper that reseals after each withdrawal.
Clear Type I glass
Inert borosilicate. It will not leach into or react with the lyophilised peptide.
Waterproof gloss label
Smudge and moisture resistant, so it survives condensation through cold storage.
Scan-to-verify QR
Unique per batch and linked to that batch's Certificate of Analysis.
Batch number & expiry
Printed and traceable on every single vial, never a generic label.
From synthesis to your bench
Sourced
From long-standing labs selected on verified quality, not lowest cost.
Tested
Independent HPLC-UV/MS and identity confirmation on every batch.
Certified
CoA published to the product page and linked from the vial QR.
Stored
Held in temperature-monitored, cold-chain conditions.
Dispatched
Tracked and dispatched promptly from the UK.
Batch traceability
Every product listing is linked to a specific tested batch. When stock is replenished from a new batch, the corresponding lab certificate is updated before the product is listed. This means the certificate on each product page corresponds directly to the batch currently in stock, not a historical result from a previous supply. We believe this level of traceability is the minimum standard researchers should expect from any supplier.
Every certificate, one page
Every product we stock, its current batch number, and a direct link to that batch's third-party certificate. If a certificate is not listed here it is because that product has not been tested yet, and we would rather show the gap than hide it.
Quality, answered plainly
Are UK Peptide Lab peptides third-party tested?+
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent, third-party laboratory using HPLC-UV/MS for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. The Certificate of Analysis for that batch is published on its product page.
What purity are your research peptides?+
Our peptides are verified to ≥98% purity by HPLC assay. The exact figure for the batch you receive is stated on its Certificate of Analysis, which you can open before you buy.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?+
Yes. A CoA is published for each tested batch and linked from the scan-to-verify QR code printed on the vial, so you can confirm the exact batch in your hand.
Which laboratories test your peptides?+
Analysis is carried out by an independent third-party contract laboratory, never in-house. We do not run our own assays, so the purity figure on a certificate is one we received rather than one we produced, and it is issued independently of us.
Are your peptides based and shipped in the UK?+
Yes. Stock is held in the UK under temperature-monitored, cold-chain storage and dispatched with tracked delivery. UK delivery is free on orders over £45.
What does “for research use only” mean?+
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any form of bodily introduction, and are sold on that basis.
Verifiable quality, on every order.
