Why this stack
NAD+ (oxidised nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is the central redox cofactor in cellular respiration and a substrate for the sirtuin and PARP enzyme families, widely investigated in cellular ageing and DNA repair research. Glutathione (gamma-Glu-Cys-Gly) is the principal endogenous tripeptide antioxidant, studied for its role in mitochondrial redox balance, phase-II detoxification and oxidative stress models. Together they target NAD+ availability and glutathione-mediated redox capacity, two of the most-studied axes in mitochondrial bioenergetics research. Both ship as stable lyophilised powders requiring bacteriostatic water reconstitution (sold separately). Research use only, see CoA for lot-specific purity data.
How to use
- Reconstitute each peptide using bacteriostatic water (sold separately) per the lot-specific CoA instructions.
